This page is dedicated to ideas and avenues for everyone looking for the peace-of-mind of decentralized living, whether you're in an apartment, or on acreage. Below you will find the different things that you can do to take your health and wellbeing into your own hands, rather than rely on the chemical medicine and poisoned, over-processed foods common in today's society.

None of the treatments on this page have been studied and published by main stream scientists, and most doctors do not recommend holistic protocols. As with everything in life, you should trust your own personal intuition and guidance to make decisions regarding your mental, physical, and spiritual (mind/body/spirit) health. Many herbal and other natural treatments effect the efficacy of the so-called-superior, petroleum based medications. Use an overabundance of caution if pregnant, or breastfeeding, with every treatment you consider.

Do your research! Learning about the ingredients for the various treatments on this page will give you confidence in treating yourself and your loved ones in the future. If you are allergic to any of the ingredients on this page, do not use them!!! If you would like help in finding alternatives, please feel free to contact me.

BB PaK (Body Building Parasite Killer)
  • Manuka Honey - 1 TBSP rounded (using honey with UHF 20+ is best)

  • Slippery Elm Powder - 1 tsp or more for texture

  • Black Walnut Hull Powder - 1 tsp

  • Wormwood - 1 tsp

  • Fennel - 1 tsp

  • Garlic Powder - 1-3 tsp depending on severity of illness

  • Oregano Oil* - 6 drops (double for severe or chronic illnesses)

  • Cinnamon Oil* - 6 drops (double for severe issues)

  • Clove Oil* - 6 drops (double if you feel super icky)

  • Turmeric Oil* - 18 drops (powder can be used @ 1/4 tsp per 10lbs, but the dosage balls would be very large)

  • Black Pepper - 1 tsp or 3 drops oil*

  • MCT or Coconut Oil - about 1 TBSP to consistency

Consuming whole garlic cloves will increase potency, eating more than 6 raw cloves per day can cause issues for some people. Smash (smashing creates and releases allicin) and eat at least 2 garlic cloves per day for great results!

If you don't have turmeric oil, using a separate turmeric and black pepper supplement is a good alternative to having to swallow huge dosage balls.

Mix everything together in a small bowl. Coat your fingers in coconut oil, and separate the mixture into six balls (break each dose into smaller balls if you need, it can be a lot to swallow at once). Put a little coconut oil in the bottom of a small storage container so that they won’t stick, and throw them in the fridge. Take one in the morning, one at night for three days. You can repeat the treatment if you feel you need to be on the medicine a little longer. These ingredients are very powerful, don’t take this treatment for more than two weeks without a break.

*Always use high quality, ingestible essential oils! Make sure your essential oils are stored in amber glass jars, and are independently tested for purity. Most grocery store products or brands sold on Amazon ARE NOT INGESTIBLE!!

Lymphatic Cleanse and Flow

Day 1 - Astragalus - Echinacea - Calendula - Blue Flag Root

Day 2 - Cleavers - Burdock Root - Knotted Figwort - Devils Claw

*You can substitute mullein, red clover blossom, and/or goldenseal if you can’t find some of the less common herbs.*

1-2 tsp each , steep for 15-20 minutes. Alternate blends daily, drinking a glass in the morning and afternoon. Continue for 7 days. Add ginger root for an added benefit to the lymphatic system, particularly the small intestine.

Lymphatic Exercises
  • Stand like a T, arms out, palms down. 10 forward circles, 10 backward circles, small, then med, then lg, 60 total.

  • Jump around for 3 minutes, one good song ;)

  • Practice deep belly breathing for at least 3 minutes

  • Sitting in a sauna and full body massage also stimulate the lymphatic system

Turmeric “toddy” in the evening, or before bed.
  • Chamomile 1 tsp

  • Raspberry leaf 1 tsp

  • Dandelion root 1 tsp

  • Turmeric powder 2 TBSP (this amount has a steroidal effect, for inflammation, I recommend this amount at least until your symptoms ease, then back it down to 2 tsp)

  • Black pepper 1/4-1/2 tsp (what you can tolerate)

  • Honey, manuka if you have it, UMF 20+ if possible

  • Splash of raw milk or cream to tone down the pepper if you want, eliminate if you’re experiencing a lot of phlegm.

Basic Sandwich Bread, from the kitchen of grandma Echo 💕 Click here for a quick TikTok tutorial

1 cup oil

1 cup honey

6 cups hot water

3 TBSP salt

3 cups flour

4 cups oats (you can use more more oats, whole wheat, or a multi-grain combo for different flavors)

Mix together, then add 4 TBSP yeast

Flour to texture, 10-11 cups at my altitude. Knead for a few minutes, form a ball and place in a greased bowl covering the dough in a greased paper towel. Let rise till dough doubles, then punch dough down, and separate into 6 even sections. Form loaves, put them into greased bread pans, and let rise until the dough reaches the top of the pan, brush the tops of the loaves with oil before rise. Bake at 350 for 30-35 min, until light golden brown.

Always plan on *sacrificing* one loaf to be eaten warm, with butter and honey. 😋

Challa Cinnamon Orange Snowflakes (makes 4) Click here for a quick TikTok tutorial

Dough

2 1/2 cups warm water

4 TBSP oil

1/2 cup honey

1 TBSP salt

3 eggs (save 1 for egg wash later)

1 TBSP yeast

Layer filling

1 1/2 sticks butter

4-6 cups brown sugar (I use it liberally, because it spills out into a yummy toffee-like layer on the sheet pan)

4 TBSP cinnamon

Glaze

1 orange (use zest and juice)

Powdered sugar to texture

Mix dough ingredients and knead until elastic texture is achieved. Separate into four even balls (set 3 aside in the fridge to slow rising while you form snowflakes). Cut dough ball into 4 even balls and work each one into a flat disc layer. Liberally apply butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon to the bottom 3 layers. Place top layer, create ring indent, and cut 4 straight lines outward from the ring creating 4 quarters with a wheel “hub” in the center. Continue halving each segment, cutting out from the ring, until you have 16 segments. Grab 2 segments and twist outward twice, then pinch to a point, continue until you have 8 points. Beat remaining egg and brush the tops of each snowflake/star and let rise. Bake at 375° for 25-35 minutes depending on your oven and elevation.

Put the zest and juice from one orange into a bowl and add powdered sugar until glaze is sufficiently thick. Slather the glaze on hot bread as soon as it comes out of the oven and enjoy. 😊

Make a delicious savory version by substituting garlic and herbs for the sugar and cinnamon.

Aquaponics

One of the coolest things about Aquaponics is that it mimics a natural ecosystem. Aquaponics represents the relationship between water, aquatic life, bacteria, nutrient dynamics, and plants which grow together in waterways all over the world. Taking cues from nature, aquaponics harnesses the power of bio-integrating these individual components: Exchanging the waste by-product from the fish as a food for the bacteria, to be converted into a perfect fertilizer for the plants, to return the water in a clean and safe form to the fish. Just like mother nature does in every aquatic ecosystem.
